§ Mr. PeakeBetween 16th January and 5th May there have been about 100 outrages or attempted outrages, which are attributed to the activities of the Irish Republican Army. During the same period the number of persons connected 32 with such activities who have been convicted on various charges is 38. My right hon. Friend has no information as to the total cost of making good the damage caused.
§ Mr. ErringtonIs my hon. Friend prepared to take any steps in regard to the registration or otherwise of people who come from Southern Ireland to this country?
§ Mr. PeakeThat question raises very big questions of policy in regard to which I should have to refer my hon. Friend to the answer given to the hon. Member for Stockport (Sir A. Gridley) on 2nd February?
