Cooper)James Turkington, carrying on business as a debt collector at 1086, Gallowgate, Glasgow, was arrested on 4th instant on charges of subornation of perjury, perjury, and fraud, and was subsequently liberated on £100 bail. The date of the trial has not yet been fixed.
