Mr. M. MacDonaldI am afraid that it is not possible to say when the Palestine Government will be in a position to enact legislation amending the Road Transport Ordinance or to issue the projected Highway Code. Further consideration of these matters has had to be deferred until normal conditions are restored in Palestine.
