asked the Minister of Labour whether he will arrange with the London County Council for temporary general labourers in the Parks Department, who usually get paid holidays at Easter if they have worked continuously during the previous year but who were not able to do so last year because of the abnormal weather conditions at Christmas time, to be given paid holidays this year?

This appears to me to be a matter for arrangement between the council and its employés.
