Gentleman realise that there is very considerable anxiety among the buyers of this small property, in view of the situation in which the matter was left by the recent case; and, if the Government cannot make up their mind about their own Bill, could I ask the right hon. Gentleman whether he would be prepared to give support to the other Bill which is before the House?
§ Sir J. SimonI do not think it is a question of difficulty in making up one's mind. The subject is complicated, and involves many considerations in addition to those with which the hon. Lady's Bill deals; but no time is being lost, and I hope that the Bill will be ready very shortly indeed.
