§ Sir J. SimonThe hon. Baronet is, I think, misinformed. A contributory pension paid under the provisions of the Widows', Orphans' and Old Age Contributory Pensions Act is not treated as unearned income. If the hon. Baronet will give me particulars of the case he has in mind, I shall be happy to cause inquiries to be made.
