asked the Secretary to the Overseas Trade Department what countries his Department are not prepared to coverunder the export guarantees system?

The facilities provided by the Export Credits Guarantee Department are normally available for exports from the United Kingdom to any overseas country, provided the Department's Advisory Council considers the business to be sound and the risk involved to be reasonable.
