Dorman-SmithUnder the powers conferred by Part IV of the Agriculture Act, 1937, a scheme is being framed whereby owners of attested herds will be assisted, by the provision of free veterinary advice and free blood testing, to protect such herds as are already free from abortus infection and to eliminate disease from abortus infected herds. I hope to be in a position to introduce the scheme within the next few months.
