§ Mr. DayIn view of the great difficulty that both exhibitors and renters in the trade are experiencing in complying with these quotas, will not the right hon. Gentleman ask the Films Council to look further into the matter?
§ Mr. StanleyI have no doubt that the Council will make a further report before the date on which statutory action has to be taken, and no doubt by that time they will have had sufficient experience of the working of the Act.
§ Mr. DayIs the right hon. Gentleman aware that many cinema theatres will be closed before that date?
