§ Mr. E. BrownThe students entering colleges in 1939 who will be permitted to postpone their period of military training include, in addition to university students, full-time students at medical faculties and schools, dental schools, training colleges for teachers, agricultural colleges, veterinary colleges, technical colleges, schools of art and schools of architecture. Applications from students at other colleges will be referred, if necessary, to the Military Training (Hardship) Committees.
