HC Deb 12 June 1939 vol 348 cc895-6
51. Mr. Keeling

asked the First Commissioner of Works whether he will submit to the Royal Fine Art Commission the elevations for the proposed new office block on the site of the old Westminster hospital facing the Abbey; and whether he will exhibit them in the Tea Room?

The First Commissioner of Works (Mr. Ramsbotham)

The elevations have been submitted to the Royal Fine Art Commission, who are at present considering them. I hope in due course to be able to arrange for the elevations to be exhibited in the Tea Room.
