§ Sir T. InskipThe Joint Advisory Conference established in pursuance of the statement made by my right hon. Friend the Secretary of State for the Colonies and General Hertzog on 29th March of last year have submitted a first report dealing with certain matters affecting the Bechuanaland Protectorate and Swaziland. The report will be considered in consultation with the Union Government, but I cannot say at present whether it will be published.
