Resolved,
That a sum, not exceeding £1,000,000, be granted to His Majesty, to defray the charge which will come in course of payment during the year ending on the 31st day of March, 1940, for expenditure in connection with the acquisition, storage, preservation and transport of plant and building materials to be held for the repair of buildings damaged by hostile attack.
