asked the Prime Minister whether, in the interests of the better government of the Colonial Empire, he will consider the setting up of a special Parliamentary Committee, each of whose members shall be specially responsible for looking after the welfare of some overseas territory in which he may have special interest from residence, business relations, or otherwise?
