asked the Undersecretary of State for Burma what arrangements exist in the Legislature of Burma for limiting the length of speeches?

The Rules of Procedure for the Houses of the Burma Legislature prescribe that no Member shall, without the permission of the President or Speaker, speak in any Debate for more than 20 minutes.
