HC Deb 26 July 1939 vol 350 c1465
70. Sir William Jenkins

asked the Minister of Transport whether he will take steps to get the Great Western Railway Company to proceed with the work of erecting the station footbridge over the railway, which is jointly owned by the Glyncorrwg Urban District Council and the Great Western Railway Company, which is a source of public danger and a great public inconvenience?

Captain Wallace

I understand that the heads of the necessary agreement between the urban district council and the railway company for the reconstruction of the footbridge are now under discussion, and that the work will be put in hand as soon as possible.
