Mr. MACPHERSONasked the Chancellor of the Exchequer whether he has now received any recommendations from the Development Commissioners in connection with the payment of debts upon fishing harbours and piers in Scotland, and the taking over of any personal guarantees given for loans advanced for the construction or improvement of such piers and harbours?
