ADDITIONAL NUMBER OF AIR FORCES. 3" That an additional number of Air Forces, not exceeding 32,000 all ranks, be maintained for the service of the United Kingdom at home and aboard, excluding those on the Indian establishment during the year ending on the 31st day of march, 1940 beyond the number already provide in the air Estimates for the year. 4. "That a Supplementary sum, not exceeding £ioo, be granted to His Majesty, to defray the charge which will come in course of payment during the year ending on the 31st day of March, 1940, for expenditure not provided for in the Air Estimates for the year.
