SimonOn 1st July the Brazilian Government informed His Majesty's Government that they would welcome a visit of a representative of the British bondholders in order that the situation might be examined with the Minister of Finance. It is understood that a similar invitation has been extended to the French and American bondholders. The matter is receiving the urgent consideration of the Council of Foreign Bondholders.
