§ Sir J. AndersonThe Import Duties Advisory Committee as a whole are responsible for cost investigation and for advising upon prices. For some years past they have been engaged in work of a similar nature. They are assisted by a staff of experienced civil servants, and have the benefit of the services of an independent accountant of high standing.
