§ Mr. CrossI beg to move, in page 33, line 13, after "business," to insert:
(including information contained in a voting paper).This arises out of an assurance given by my right hon. Friend on the Committee stage. The purpose of the Amendment is to secure the secrecy of information on sectional schemes. My hon. Friend the Member for Penryn and Falmouth (Mr. Petherick) moved in Committee an Amendment to secure this end, and withdrew it on my right hon. Friend giving an undertaking that he would put down an Amendment himself, an under taking which is hereby fulfilled.
