I rise only to say that I had intended to ask one or two questions of the Board of Trade arising out of this Schedule, which is the India Trade Agreement Schedule, but as there is no representative of the Board of Trade present it would be better if I raised this matter in the same way as was suggested a few moments ago by the hon. Member for the Don Valley (Mr. T. Williams).
