Mr. Speaker informed the House that he had issued, during the Adjournment, Warrants for New Writs, namely:

For the county of Norfolk (Eastern Division) in the room of William Lygon, Esquire, commonly called Viscount Elmley, called up to the House of Peers.

For the county of York (East Riding) (Holderness Division) in the room of Sir Samuel Servington Savery, deceased.
