HC Deb 31 January 1939 vol 343 c47
Mrs. Tate

I beg to give notice that, on Wednesday, 8th February, I shall call attention to the urgent need of amendment of the Housing Act, 1936, in order that in the case of houses declared for demolition under clearance orders there may be a power of appeal to the county court in the same way as in the case of those declared under a demolition order, and move a Resolution.
