§ Sir J. SimonIn the recent negotiations with the Czechoslovak Government the considerations referred to by the hon. Member were discussed, and the Czechoslovak representative stated that every effort would be made to meet them. The Agreements signed on Friday last were summarised in the communiqué issued on Friday; a White Paper containing the full texts will be available to the House to-morrow.

§ The Prime MinisterMy right hon. Friend the Chancellor of the Exchequer 26 has already made a statement in reply to the hon. Member for Birkenhead, East (Mr. White) regarding the conclusion of the loan negotiations with the Czechoslovak Government, and there is a later question on the Order Paper about the international guarantee of Czechoslovakia. The only other recent development of note is the peaceful settlement reached between the Czechoslovak and Hungarian Governments of certain incidents which occurred on the frontier between Hungary and Czechoslovakia between 6th and 10th January.
