The Paymaster-General (Earl Winter-ton)Following the completion of the first phase of the investigation, a comparative study is now being made of six collieries differing in their environmental conditions and in the amount of pulmonary disease attributed to them. It is hoped to complete the field work by the early summer, but the data and material collected will still have to be analysed.
