§ Sir K. WoodThe arrangements in regard to the Straits Settlements Volunteer Air Force provide for the attachment thereto of an establishment of two officers and 38 airmen of the Royal Air Force. The establishment for the Straits Settlements Volunteer Air Force personnel is 20 officers and 113 airmen.
