§ Mr. ButlerThe director of the Inter-Governmental Committee has consulted the French and Netherlands representatives on the committee on the possibility of settlement in French and Dutch Guiana. I understand that a Jewish organisation in the Netherlands, with the approval of that Government, is shortly sending to Surinam a commission of experts to study the possibilities of settlement in Dutch Guiana.
