§ The President of the Board of Trade (Mr. Oliver Stanley)On the position of the trade negotiations with India, I have nothing to add to the answer given on 13th February to the hon. and gallant Member for Accrington (Major Procter), and the hon. Member for Don Valley (Mr. T. Williams). The trade enjoyed by India in Colonial markets has been kept in mind in the negotiations.
