On a point of Order. May I ask for your ruling, Mr. Speaker, in regard to Question 137. I put this question down about a week ago addressed to the Home Secretary, and it was only yesterday afternoon that I received information that it had been transferred to the Prime Minister. I beg to ask whether you do not think it would be more reasonable for hon. Members to be informed of a transfer at an earlier date?
