§ The Prime MinisterI am afraid that my hon. Friend's suggestion is impracticable. As I informed her on 2nd February, the position of shipping and shipbuilding is under consideration, and a statement will be made as soon as it is possible to do so.

Friend has always said that he would conform to the wishes of Members, would he bear in mind that some of his own supporters would rather discuss problems arising out of unemployment upon a Motion from their own side than upon a Vote of Censure raised by the Opposition?
