HC Deb 08 February 1939 vol 343 c937
46 Commander Sir Archibald Southby

asked the Prime Minister whether, before any definite plan is adopted, and before a crisis arises, this House will have an opportunity of considering the whole question of billeting both adult and child refugees from those areas which it is proposed to evacuate?

The Prime Minister

I anticipate that opportunities will be afforded for the discussion of all aspects of civil defence in the normal course of business.
