§ Mr. ColvilleNo formal applications have yet been made to the County Council of Ross and Cromarty for assistance under the Housing (Agricultural Population) (Scotland) Act, 1938. The county council's scheme was approved in November last and since then application forms have been sent to about 130 persons who have made inquiries. The county council have made arrangements for their housing officers to visit intending applicants and give them any necessary guidance.
