HC Deb 02 February 1939 vol 343 c363
45. Mr. R. Morgan

asked the Prime Minister whether, in view of the importance of the Export Credits Act to British industry, he can state when the Government propose to take the remaining stages of the Bill?

The Prime Minister (Mr. Chamberlain)

The Committee stage of the Export Guarantees Bill is being taken to-day. So far as the remaining stages are concerned, perhaps my hon. Friend would be good enough to await the statement which I propose to make on Business.
