§ Mr. ButlerI regret that there has been no change in the position as stated in the reply given to my hon. Friend the Member for East Dorset (Mr. Hall-Caine) on 7th December last, but His Majesty's Government recently took an opportunity to remind the Greek Government of the importance which they attach to a settlement of the debt question.
