Mr. Dobbieasked the Secretary of State for War whether he is aware of the difficulty and inconvenience experienced by men of the Armed Forces when proceeding on leave, by the fact that their railway warrants compel them to travel by specific railway routes, in many instances causing long delay and waiting at railway stations; and will he make some arrangements whereby their warrants will allow them to travel by any route that takes them to their home?
