asked the Parliamentary Secretary to the Board of Education when he anticipates being able to announce the Board's decision on the percentage grant to be paid to elementary education authorities who use the camps to be provided under the Camps Bill?

As I indicated to the hon. Member last week, this question is at present being sympathetically considered, and I will announce the result as soon as possible.

Will the right hon. Gentle-may say whether that is likely to be before Whitsun?

I would not like to give a date.

Will the hon. Gentleman bear in mind that it is desirable that some announcement should be made before the summer has ended?
