Resolved, That on and after the twenty-sixth day of April, nineteen hundred and thirty-nine, any duties of customs chargeable under the Ottawa Agreements Act, 1932, on goods of the classes or descriptions specified in the first column of the following Table shall be charged at the rates specified in the second column of that Table.

The following fruit salad preserved in syrup, that is to say, mixtures of fruit (but not including mixed fruit pulp) containing not less than four separate descriptions of fruit, in which each of at least four descriptions constitutes at least eight per cent., and no one description represents more than fifty per cent., by weight, of all the fruit in the mixture (excluding syrup) 5s. 6d. per cwt.
Loganberries preserved in syrup 4s. 0d. per cwt.
Pineapples preserved in syrup 5s. 0d. per cwt.

And it is hereby declared that it is expedient in the public interest that this Resolution shall have statutory effect under the provisions of the Provisional Collection of Taxes Act, 1913."
