§ Mr. BernaysA juvenile contributor who wishes to transfer his membership from one society to another may do so on payment of a fee of 6d. The question 485 of allowing a juvenile contributor to transfer without payment of a transfer fee has already been noted for consideration, but amending legislation would be necessary.
