asked the Secretary of State for the Colonies the total number of Germans who have migrated into Kenya since 1933 to date?

During the period 1st January, 1933, to 28th February, 1939, 1,290 Germans entered and 961 left the Territory.

Are the Government in any way helping Germany in seeking power by legitimate economic methods rather than through force?
