§ Sir J. MellorAre there not funds available for distribution in the Anglo-Spanish Clearing Office in London, and is it proposed to make an early distribution of these funds?
§ Mr. StanleyIf my hon. Friend will look at previous answers, he will see the debt position explained. It is not exactly correct to say that there is money in hand for distribution.
