asked the Secretary to the Overseas Trade Department whether it is intended to extend the system of export credits to Spain?

Mr. Cross

Pending the resumption of ordinary trading conditions in Spain. I am unable to say when the guarantees of the Export Credits Guarantee Department, which are given solely on commercial grounds, will be available for exports to that country.
