§ 39. Mr. Erringtonasked the Secretary of State for War what methods are adopted to ensure that reserve Territorial officers who are liable to be called up in a case of emergency shall be kept efficient and acquainted with up-to-date military developments?
§ Mr. Hore-BelishaUnder certain conditions officers on the Territorial Army Reserve can attend annual training with units, which would otherwise go to camp without their full complement of officers. The provision of further training facilities 236 for officers on the Territorial Army Reserve is being considered in connection with Army Estimates for 1939.
§ Mr. ErringtonCan the right hon. Gentleman tell me if there is any reason why there should not be a special course for Territorial Reserve officers?
§ Mr. Hore-BelishaIf the question is not dealt with in the Army Estimates I will explain it to the hon. Member.
