asked the President of the Board of Trade whether in connection with the purchases which the British Government have recently made from the state agricultural co-operative department of Rumania, the wheat will be imported whole, or whether it will be de-offalised before arriving in the United Kingdom?

Mr. Stanley

The wheat which my hon. Friend refers to will be imported whole.

Mr. De la Bère

Will my right hon. Friend consult with the Minister of Agriculture with a view to seeing whether some reduction in the price of wheat offal can be effected?

Mr. Stanley

That is rather a wider question.
