asked the Home Secretary whether, in view of the growing inequality of Parliamentary electorates, he will introduce legislation in order to effect a redistribution before the next General Election?

asked the Home Secretary whether he is aware that in 79 of the 498 single-Member constituencies in England and Wales the number of voters is over 25 per cent. above the average and that the disparity between large and small electorates is greater than it has been since the Reform Act, 1832; and whether he will consider the introduction of legislation to make a redistribution before the next General Election?
