§ Mr. ColvilleIn the light of the response to the establishment of the industrial estate at North Hillington the Commissioner for the Special Areas recently purchased three sites in North Lanark-shire. The sites are at Carfin, Chapel-hall and Lark-hall, and comprise about 26, 15 and 11 ½ acres respectively. The planning and lay-out of these sites is being undertaken as rapidly as possible with a view to the erection of factories.
