§ The Financial Secretary to the War Office (Sir Victor Warrender)The sports field at the Duke of York's Headquarters is available for use, as such, by all members of the Territorial Army in London who care to use it. Permission to use the field for sports meetings and preliminary training is also granted to units of the Regular Army, cadets, and other bodies which assist the Territorial Army in one form or another.
