§ Mr. LloydA man who had gone, wearing an industrial respirator, into the hopper of a blast furnace, collapsed after he had been at work a few minutes. The supervisor at once went to his rescue without a respirator. Both of these men unfortunately died. The question of further precautions for work of this kind is being taken up with the firm.
