Mr. WedderburnI have received no complaints regarding malnutrition among the children of farm workers in Fife. As my hon. Friend knows, the county council have a general responsibility for the health and physical condition of the children of 1016 their area. Last summer my predecessor issued a Memorandum drawing the attention of local authorities to the first report of the Advisory Committee on Nutrition, and stressing the importance of adequate provision for the feeding of children.
