§ Mr. GallacherIs the Minister aware that I have a telegram from the chairman of the Palestine Defence Committee dealing with this question, and there is no reason to doubt his word; and is he also aware that I have a further telegram from a well known authority on colonial affairs 1569 in this country who advises me that the Government answers on this question are evasive and unreliable?
Mr. MacDonaldA great deal of the information which has come to this country has been found to be completely mistaken. If the hon. Member has any information which he thinks the Colonial Office ought to have, the Colonial Office will be very glad to receive it.
